NOHA is the home french fry variety by excellence, adapted to the whole of the Mediterranean region.

Born in 2014 in Châteauneuf-du-Faou (29), at the Germicopa Research Station, NOHA is the fruit of a long process of 10 years during which research, respectful of nature’s cycles, will select the best potato varieties according to agronomic, commercial and taste criteria.

NOHA is half-early, productive and forms very beautiful long shape tubers.

Its fritability is, of course, one of its main assets for local use in home french fries.

As far as the market is concerned, NOHA is a variety that is becoming firmly established in Spain, Italy and Greece, and promises of development are being made throughout this basin.
