The market : signs of recovery-04/02/2004
After five years of investment our efforts are starting to bear fruit, in both the GARDENS market and with growers of ware potatoes.
While CHARLOTTE is maintaining its tonnages, AMANDINE is beginning to find its feet after two years' trials. Its early yielding, resistance to blight and its flavour in a variety of preparation methods (particularly boiled and mashed) are proving popular.
